The Naturally North Bay Forums bring together professional colleagues with similar responsibilities within their respective companies. Each forum assembles every month to every other month for a 45 to 60 minute professionally facilitated meeting. Topics are developed by the group, spanning professional and personal subjects. Forums often invite industry experts to present insights for business or inner-directed growth. These small group experiences provide tremendous value and opportunity to build relationships on many levels.

This group collaborates to determine best practices in talent and succession management, onboarding, collaboration with schools and agencies, HR laws, benefits and insurance. Our HR group spends a considerable amount of time discussing current events that affect our companies such as fire evacuations, the global pandemic, and so much more. Led by Kim Fetzer of Guayaki, this group will always fill your lunch time with good conversations, collaboration, and a few laughs!

This group shares insights on both strategic initiatives such as Sustainability in Finance, ERP implementation and business benchmarking, as well as more operational subjects like obtaining grants/credits, budget management and insurance.
