Naturally North Bay Partnership Guidelines
As a 501(c)6 nonprofit organization, Naturally North Bay gratefully accepts corporate sponsorships to support our mission and relevant activities. We do not solicit or accept sponsorships from companies whose practices, policies, or operations are deemed unacceptable and contrary to the values implicit in our mission.   As a Naturally North Bay sponsor, you acknowledge and approve of our Mission, Purpose and Guiding Principles and this policy.

Definition of Partnership
We define partnership as a mutually beneficial contribution of funds, goods, and/or services by a company to Naturally North Bay to further our mission. We recognize that partners are valued members of our natural products ecosystem, and work to include them where possible in programming and education events. We generally recognize partners by including the businesses’ logos on select Naturally North Bay collateral, by including a limited number of individual memberships to Naturally North Bay, by providing a number of free or reduced-cost tickets to our events, and by providing exposure over our social media channels, and by any additional means as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors. The thought leadership of our service providers compliments and supports our natural products companies and we enjoy welcoming them into our community.

Statement of Policy
• We actively encourage the business community and organizations to become partners of our work.
• We enter into partnerships agreements only with entities we deem appropriate.
• We reserve the right to decline any offer of partnership at our discretion or to negotiate with the entity concerning any aspect of a proposed sponsorship.
• It is our intention that benefits to the partnering entity do not outweigh benefits to Naturally North Bay.
• We do not endorse, directly or implicitly, any products, services, or ideas except those promoted directly by Naturally North Bay.
• Naturally North Bay staff and board members do not receive any substantial benefit from association with sponsors.
• An entity’s sponsorship is not contingent upon the level of involvement in our work.
• Naturally North Bay retains full control over all sponsored programming and its operations.
